Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Parcel
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup to begin the transit process.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
